How to replace Local with Remote in Git

Check what is your remote:
git remote -v

Fetch from remote (in this case remote is origin)
git fetch origin

You can do a diff between local (master) and remote (origin)
git diff master origin/master

Finally, pull from remote to local
git pull origin master

Use below if there are local changes conflicting with remote.
git fetch –all
git reset –hard origin/master
